About Kendra
Contreras Design Studio is a Las Vegas–based interior design studio specializing in thoughtfully composed environments across residential, hospitality, and boutique commercial contexts.
The studio is guided by a simple belief: well-designed spaces shape how people feel, function, and experience the world around them. Each project is approached with a focus on clarity, intention, and the relationship between beauty and real-world use.
With over two decades of professional experience, the studio brings a deep understanding of interior environments ranging from high-end residential work to large-scale hospitality and branded spaces. This range informs a design approach that is both highly considered and grounded in practical execution.
The studio’s foundation was built through Kendra's formal training at Colorado State University, where an accredited degree in Interior Design established the technical and conceptual base for practice. That foundation has been refined through years of professional work with globally recognized hospitality and entertainment brands including Wynn Resorts, Marriott, Hard Rock, Harrah’s, and Caesars, as well as multi-million-dollar residential and renovation projects.
Contreras Design Studio is NCIDQ certified and a Registered Interior Designer (RID), bringing a structured and professional framework to each project. Since 2015, the studio has operated independently, offering design services that range from concept development through full project support.
Rather than working from a fixed aesthetic, each project is shaped by context, function, and intention, resulting in environments that feel cohesive, natural, and aligned with how they are meant to be experienced.
The studio maintains a limited number of active projects at any given time to ensure a high level of focus, collaboration, and design integrity from start to finish.
Office Assistant
Meet Oreo, the Frenchie mix office assistant and unofficial heart of the studio.
Whether she is curled up on a lap, stretched out at someone’s feet, or quietly following from room to room, Oreo rarely misses a moment of the workday. She takes her role of keeping the office grounded, cozy, and snack friendly very seriously.
Her daily responsibilities include supervising breaks, reminding everyone not to work too hard, and making sure no one sits at their desk alone for too long.
Equal parts companion, shadow, and morale booster, Oreo keeps the office moving one nap at a time.
